WHAT
WE COVER

Our Static Security Guarding service includes the monitoring of burglar alarms, fire alarms, system alarms, operational alarms, video surveillance, as well as entry and exit access control. We cover both residential & commercial.

In addition to the generic static services, if requested by the customer, XM Security Group can also carry out routine security rounds.

Our Security Rounds consist of checking in on:

  • doors &windows;

  • lighting

  • water closets

  • boilers,

  • machinery

  • technical equipment.

Reports about near-accidents, damages and what is observed are reported during the rounds. Later, these reports are forwarded to you in the manner you request.

Engaging a guard to protect your premises, secure a wedding party, looking after a car park during a function, security at your school fate, patrolling a shopping centre on foot or guarding a half-complete building during the dead of night are some of the services our guards perform to our clients, along with general home security patrols.
