Safety Officers

All our security guards are licensed in New Zealand and hold a Certificate of Approval (COA), which is mandatory for working as a security guard anywhere in the country.

In addition to their COA, every XM Security guard undergoes our comprehensive ‘XM Security Group Pre-Deployment Training’. This ensures that all guards, regardless of their prior experience, adhere to our high standards in professionalism and trust, maintaining the excellence we promise.
